Looking for an opportunity to join a growing digital marketing agency? We are seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Manager to join our team at Limestone Marketing. As the Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing comprehensive Social Media strategies for our diverse clientele. From conducting audits and setting up profiles to managing ad campaigns and analyzing performance metrics, you will have the opportunity to drive impactful results for our clients across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits and set up clients' Social Media profiles to ensure consistency across all platforms and alignment with their brand identity.
- Stay up to date with Social Media trends and incorporate them into clients' strategies to enhance engagement and visibility.
- Manage clients' Social Media profiles, including creating, scheduling, and publishing content, as well as actively engaging with their community and responding to direct messages.
- Review analytics and gather insights to optimize content performance and inform strategic decisions.
- Coordinate with the media team to collect content based on clients' marketing strategies and ensure alignment with their brand.
- Utilize graphic design skills to create posts that resonate with the target audience.
- Develop and manage Google Ad campaigns for clients, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Develop and manage LinkedIn Ads to target specific professional audiences and drive business objectives.
- Develop and manage Instagram and Facebook Ads to maximize reach and engagement among target demographics.
- Ensure all content produced aligns with clients' brand guidelines and messaging strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Social Media management, with a strong understanding of various Social Media platforms and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging content and graphics that drive user interaction and brand awareness.
- Experience in managing Google Ads and various Social Media ad platforms, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and optimize strategies.
- Creative thinking and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva is preferred.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
