Day Care Assistant

### Job Overview:
We are seeking a caring and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to children in a classroom setting. ### Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Provide support to the lead teacher in implementing educational activities
- Assist with daily routines, including mealtime, naptime, and bathroom breaks
- Engage children in age-appropriate play and learning activities
- Monitor children's behavior and report any concerns to the lead teacher
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the well-being of all children

### Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a classroom or caregiving setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to connect with children
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
