Responsibilities:
- Provide professional customer support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to process transactions, including payments for goods and services.
- Ability to process, pick, pack, and invoice orders to customers.
- Ability to use computer software and mix automotive paint accurately
- Delivering customer orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Document daily deliveries and shipments to update inventory.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues.
- Providing ideas and insights to continually improve processes and functions of the company.
Requirements:
- High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent.
- Class G Ontario driver's license with clean driving record.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Comfortable using computers with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience working with customer support.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 82.5 per week
