SalaryLexus of London is looking for a Full Time Delivery Specialist.
This entry level position is tremendous opportunity for the right candidate to gain valuable experience in the exciting and fast paced world of luxury retail automotive!
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Verify that vehicle, fuel, delivery gift, paperwork and licensing are completed on time, notify Internal/Delivery Coordinator of any deficiencies
- Verify a sold sign is in the vehicle and it is locked
- Complete paperwork with guests at time of delivery as required
- Present vehicle functions to guests at time of delivery
- Introduce guest to our service department and set an appointment for their 1,600 km check in at time of delivery
- Transfer plates or put on new plates, move trade and record km if applicable
- Provide after sales support to guests
- Assist co-workers when required. Team work!
PHOTOGRAPHY
- Capture photos of new and pre-owned vehicles to be displayed online
- Prior to taking photos ensure vehicles are clean and photo ready – attention to detail imperative
- Reporting – track photographed vehicles and provide progress details following allotted time for photography (allotted days and times will vary)
