The main responsibilities include:
- Reviewing customer database for lease renewal opportunities
- Reviewing customer database for trade-in opportunities
- Updating dealership software with appropriate client notes and notifications
- Setting appointments for the sales team
- Continual learning of Toyota products through online and hands on training and education
- Delivery of new and used vehicles to customers
- Temporary assignment to other BDT positions to cover for vacation and/or sick time
- Assist with assigned sales administration tasks
- Any other duties that sales management requires
The ideal candidate will also have the following qualifications & requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of proven retail sales and/or marketing experience
- Degree or diploma in business is a strong asset
- Willingness to continually learn and improve product knowledge and phone skills
- Valid class G driver’s license with no major convictions
- Clear criminal background check
