Due to IPC being in the early stages of manufacturing and distribution, the ideal candidate will need to lend a hand wherever it is needed and wear many hats.
Job Description
- Collaborate closely with the sales personnel to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Enter and Manage orders and customer interaction, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Work with various teams to coordinate and resolve any issues related to customer orders.
- Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail to ensure a seamless customer order process.
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite.
- B2B customer service / Order Entry experience; manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred.
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of two years of experience in customer support.
- Preferred prior experience in order processing.
- Demonstrated exceptional time management skills, consistently meeting deadlines.
- Ability to travel internationally for training purposes.
Job Details
- Pay range: To be discussed.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
- Location: onsite at our North Bay office.

Salary: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
