Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist in-house customers.
- Retrieve and process online orders checking for accuracy.
- Set up and maintain projects, including daily oversight.
- Generate and manage inventory reports.
- Track orders and coordinate production activities.
- Provide effective customer service to external clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Source products, provide quotes, and facilitate the purchasing process.
- Collaborate in assisting with website maintenance.
