Order Entry & Customer Service Representative

Currently Frost Products are distributed across Canada, the USA, Mexico, Caribbean, Europe, and the Middle East. The position is Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 30 minute lunch. This means it is an 8 hour pay day. The wage range for this position is $21.00-$23.00 per hour. This is a full time position. The employee will be entitled to the Frost Products Ltd Employee Benefit package after successfully completing the three (3) month probationary period.

Responsibilities

• The employee is responsible for entering orders from Frost distributor accounts. The employee will receive and acknowledge orders sent by Frost distributors and be tasked with entering order details into the company’s ERP system. The employee will ensure correct and complete order confirmations are sent
• The employee may be asked to assist with other office administration responsibilities. The general Customer Service tasks will include: answering customer questions regarding stock availability, order status, pricing, or general product information
• The job will require that the employee works and is comfortable with the company’s ERP system
• The employee may also be asked to work on special projects
• Cross training across all office functions. This may include the following while covering vacations, employee illness, or in emergency situations and is based on assignment by their manager: Customer Service policy and processes, Order Entry and other operations, file keeping, general office duties, and accounts receivable
