Dainolite Ltd. is seeking a skilled person with experience in Customer Service, Order Entry, Navision, and EDI who can become an integral part of our Order Entry / Customer Service Department.
As a member of this team, you will be interacting with our customers, sales agents, office staff, and management on a daily basis providing the utmost of service to our customers and company.
Responsibilities
- Processing orders via Microsoft Navision, EDI and associated software
- Prepare customs and shipping documents and labels for various carriers
- Responding to customer inquiries over the phone and email
- Ensure orders are entered, processed, invoiced and shipped accurately and on time
- Issuing RGA for returned products and credit notes to customers
- Familiarize yourself with our complete product line
Requirements:
- Experience using EDI software for order processing
- Experience using Microsoft Navision
- Excellent computer skills and telephone manner
- Minimum 5 years experience with excellent written & oral English skills
- Familiar with US exporting practices would be a definite asset
- Familiarity with UPS and CanPar shipping software is an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
- Must be organized and detail oriented
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
