Position Overview: As an Order Entry/Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth order processing and providing exceptional Customer Service to our clients. You will be responsible for accurately entering orders, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and collaborating with various teams to resolve issues efficiently. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently using our internal systems and software.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Assist customers with order-related issues, including product availability, pricing, shipping, and returns.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, warehouse, and logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally, striving to achieve swift resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Generate reports and analyze data related to order processing and customer inquiries as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, supporting colleagues and sharing best practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is a plus.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, order entry, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office suite and order processing systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are an asset.
