SalaryWe currently have an opportunity within our Customer Service Department working as a Data Entry/ Order Entry Clerk . This roll is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual to work in a hands-on role in a fast-paced organization. The Data Entry/ Order Entry Clerk will require to be flexible to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment.
Specific Duties
· Data Entry / Order Entry Functions.
· Intake orders via email and phone.
· Answer questions ,communicating with customers.
· Prepare and maintain all project-related documentation.
- Exellent written and oral communication.
· Quoting allocation job based on customers request also invoicing.
- Review orders for accuracury and completion based on the clients requests .
· Identify and correct Data Entry errors using appropriate quality control methods.
- Strive to provide customers additional requested information .
Experience
· Data Entry or client intake experience.
· Must have 2+ years experience in Data Entry.
- Must have 2+ years customer service experience .
- A plus if you have print knowledge experience **.
Skills
· Strong interpersonal, telephone and written communication skills.
- Proficent at keyboarding and computers , working knowledge of MS office.
- Ability to organize , manage time and meet tight deadlines .
· Courteous, professional, dynamic, and well organized.
· Keen attention to detail.
- Other duties assigned in adherence to the Reprodux policies.
