Dental Administrator

NOTE: This is not an entry position and direct experience in the Dental Industry is mandatory.

The facility itself has been undergoing an impressive renovation for the last year and this project is nearly complete; KDC will be a fully operational two story clinic boasting both a general and surgical dental wing, digital lab, 1000 sq. foot team lounge, media recording studio and outdoor courtyard. With this expansion comes a growing team and there are opportunities for experienced Dental Administrators who are able to transition smoothly into this dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a broad range of administrative operations in a face-paced setting
- Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient records
- Coordinate patient scheduling, treatment and manage insurance verification
- Mediate patient relations as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure efficient patient care delivery
- Execute calculations involving a variety of insurance and financing scenarios

Requirements:
- Proven experience in dental administration
- Knowledge of dental procedures and regulations
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using electronic systems
