Requirements:
- Must have at a minimum 1 year recent experience as an orthodontics Dental Administrator or as a dental receptionist
- Must have experience in Dolphin
- Must have experience calling patients and booking appointments on a daily basis
- Must be familiar with insurance and pre-authorizations
- Experience with ARs is an advantage
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be Detailed-oriented and organized
- Willing to jump in and help team mates team mates when necessary
- Open to feedback and coaching
- Must be willing to work Mondays to Thursdays
- Must be willing to be assigned in two clinics, SmileTown Burnaby and North Delta Orthodontics
