```Duties```
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate person
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using Dentrix or similar software
- Collect and update patient information, including medical history and insurance details
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Coordinate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure smooth patient flow
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their needs and concerns
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience working in an administrative role, preferably in a medical or dental office setting
- Proficient in using Dentrix or similar dental software systems
- Familiarity with medical terminology and dental procedures
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes
- Professional demeanor and appearance
