Dental Receptionist / Administrator

Our awesome, patient-oriented and collaborative team at Millet Dental Clinic is looking for a friendly, reliable, experienced, and self-motivated full-time Dental Administrator/ Receptionist

About Our Dental Clinic:

• Patient-oriented, modern, and digital dental clinic
• Located in Millet, AB; between Leduc and Wetaskiwin
• Hours are Mondays 11am to 7pm, Tuesdays – Thursday 8am to 4pm, and Fridays 7am to 3pm. No weekends and not open during holidays.

Key qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal/customer-service skills
• Adept organization skills and attention to detail
• A team player with the ability to work independently and efficiently
• Solid work ethic, self-motivated and a desire to continually improve
• Experience with MaxiDent/MaxiChart software is preferred, but training will be provided
• Strong computer proficiency required
• At least 2 years of dental admin experience is required
