Requirements:
- Good verbal skills in both French and English
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Excellent organizational skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Good computer skills
- Knowledge of ExcelDent is an asset
- Minimum 1-year experience in a dental/medical office and in a similar position is an asset
- Eager to learn and grow with position and responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and ensure excellent customer service
- Entry of patient information
- Organize and coordinate clinic schedule
- Schedule and confirm appointments with patients
- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls
- Answering patients' questions regarding appointments and finances
- Invoicing and collecting payments
- Submitting insurance claims and estimates for patients
Required Experience:
- Minimum 1-year experience in a reception position
Language: English and French
