Senior Dental Receptionist /Office Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Dental or Medical Front Desk Administrator , who would like to take on customer service, reception and managerial responsibilities, to join our growing team. Duties
- Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk area
- Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries or concerns
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate patient records
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Handle billing using a dental software

- Manage administrative work to ensure daily goals are and deadlines are met

```Experience```
- Previous experience working as a dental or medical receptionist is a requirement
- Proficiency in using Outlook, Word, Excel, and dental software
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Salary: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
