Dental Receptionist/Secrétaire (Training Offered)

Prestige Dental Clinic is currently looking to hire a friendly, and energetic Dental Receptionist for our dental clinic to join our busy and well established practice on a full-time basis. WE OFFER AND PAY THE TRAINING.

As a Receptionist, you’ll have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from a strong team of dental professionals.

What we Offer:

Salary offered: $18.00 per hour

Requirements:

Language:

· Bilingual ( French and English). Other languages are an asset.

Education & Experience:

· Grade 12 Diploma (Required)

Knowledge:

· Microsoft Office Suite

· Dentitek/Progitek software or any other Computerized dental applications knowledge is an asset.

Responsibilities:

Performs all phases of a dental receptionist duties:

· Greet and assist patients courteously and professionally as they arrive and leave

· Schedule appointments in an organized and efficient manner by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps

· Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations

· Input and maintain electronic files of patients within the dental management system

· Maintain and organize an accurate and up-to-date patient records(patient records and charts)

· Submit insurance claims

· Invoice and process payments of patients

· Check on insurance benefits and eligibility and explain policies and processes to patients when needed

· Juggle multiple priorities (e-mail, telephone, patient requests, data input, records management)
