Digital Marketing and Media Manager
Job Overview
As a Digital Marketing Manager at Alair Homes, you will lead all aspects of our Digital Marketing and Media strategies. You will report directly to the Director of Communications and collaborate closely with the Location Marketing Services Lead and the Senior Brand Manager to implement effective location-based Digital Marketing initiatives. This role is crucial in managing PPC campaigns, website updates, digital integrations, online citations, listings, and Google My Business profiles for our 100+ locations and brand platforms and properties. You will also oversee SEM, social media advertising, and the promotion of the digital version of Alair Magazine.
Scope of Work:
- Digital Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies that align with our brand's goals.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with location services and brand teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing across all digital platforms.
- PPC and SEM Management: Oversee pay-per-click campaigns and search engine marketing, optimizing for performance and budget efficiency.
- Website and Digital Presence: Regularly update our website and ensure our digital presence is strong and consistent across various online platforms.
- Social Media and Digital Campaigns: Lead social media advertising efforts and digital campaign strategies, including the promotion of Alair Magazine's digital edition.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate budgets for location-based campaigns and overall brand marketing.
- Performance Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze campaign performance and provide detailed reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Key Deliverables:
- Increased digital engagement and brand awareness.
- Effective management and optimization of PPC and SEM campaigns.
- Regularly updated and user-friendly website.
- Quality assurance checks of website properties and support management and prevention of website downtime through alert monitoring.
- Successful promotion of the digital version of Alair Magazine.
- Efficient budget management, ensuring ROI on marketing initiatives.
- Comprehensive performance reports with actionable insights.
- Work with teams to create a workflow to integrate a feedback loop to continuously adapt digital strategies based on local feedback and performance.
- Integrate emerging Digital Marketing tools and technologies to stay ahead in the industry.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with a proven track record in a similar role.
- Experience in managing vendor partners and internal teams.
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media advertising, and SEO/SEM principles.
- Experience in managing PPC campaigns, website content, and digital integrations.
- Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting digital performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
Reporting Structure:
This role will report directly to the Director of Communications.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
