Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing our Digital Marketing initiatives, including social media management, email marketing, client communication, reporting, presentations, and other ad-hoc tasks as needed. This role requires a creative and analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive Digital Marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Manage social media calendars and content creation, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand goals.
• Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide Digital Marketing support and solutions.
• Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients and internal stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
• Monitor and analyze Digital Marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of Digital Marketing initiatives.
• Assist with other marketing activities and ad-hoc tasks as required to support the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on social media management and email marketing.
• Strong understanding of Digital Marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, email marketing software, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and optimize campaigns.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience working with clients and providing exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
