Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Digital Marketing, possess a strong understanding of various digital channels, and have a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns. Our internal marketing and creative team is expanding in order to better service the growth of our multiple business divisions – this includes our in-house brands and various large-scale client marketing projects. The new Digital Marketing Manager will be a key contributor to the success of our marketing strategies and the outcome of multiple projects by leading our Digital Marketing efforts across the board.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute dynamic Digital Marketing strategies using various channels and methods to achieve client project objectives as well as the our own Condo Culture marketing objectives, projects and business units – each with their own strategy, goals and objectives
  • Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and ongoing content optimization to improve campaign performance and improve cross-platform SEO.
  • Develop, implement and optimize paid and organic Digital Marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels such as our website, email, social media, media platforms, Google, and more.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with the Content Marketing Manager to plan and coordinate Digital Marketing campaign content and implement it across digital channels.
  • Collaborate with the Content Marketing Specialist on the implementation of content marketing strategies, including blog posts, social media content, email marketing campaigns and website content.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Marketing Coordinator and our creative team to execute on digital campaigns and project deliverables.
  • Manage, track, and report on progress for Digital Marketing deliverables and projects via online project management tracking tools (our team uses ClickUp).
  • Develop and manage digital campaign budgets for various projects across multiple divisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including our agent team, admin team & new development sales team to deliver integrated marketing campaigns for our multiple divisions and projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Digital Marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably within an agency or internal marketing team environment.
  • Proven experience managing digital campaigns, both organic and paid, across various platforms.
  • Proven experience executing a large scale Digital Marketing campaign that spans over several months.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights for optimization.
  • Expertise in cross-channel SEO/SEM strategies and implementation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Strong experience in social media management across key platforms such as Meta (Instagram/Facebook/Threadz), Google (YouTube), X, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Certifications such as Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint are a plus.
  • Experience working with and managing projects via management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Slack, etcetera to optimize remote working (our team uses ClickUp)
  • Experience with managing social media content distribution and engagement via tools such as Later.com / Sprout Social is preferred
  • Proficient with GSuite tools – GMail, Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, etc.
  • Digital marketing experience in both B2C & B2B industries is strongly preferred.
  • Agency experience preferred but not required
  • Real estate industry experience preferred but not required
