```Job Summary```

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher/Prep Cook to join our team. As a Dishwasher/Prep Cook , you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness of our utensils, Dishwashing area and assisting with food preparation and kitchen help. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

```Duties```

- Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans using the dishwasher or by hand

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area

- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and marinating meats

- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality of food

- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens

- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations

- Assist the Cook with cooking tasks as needed

```Qualifications```

- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred

- Knowledge of proper food handling techniques

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team

- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
