Dishwasher/Prep Cook

The Dishwasher/Prep Cook position is an integral part of the GMC team. This person will be responsible for smooth operations of the back of house. Tips are distributed to the person working this role.

**Starting rate will be based on experience and performance**

The Dishwasher/Prep Cook job will entail the following:

- Maintain cleanliness of dish pit at all times

- Regularly dispose of all garbage and cardboard boxes

- Wash and put away all equipment to its designated spot

- Assist with all prep work with kitchen cooks and staff

- Oversee backstock inventory and communicate with BOH colleagues

- Ensure all prep stations are cleaned and maintained at all times

- Assist with shipment receiving and putting away and organizing stock rooms

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.55-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Night shift
