```Responsibilities```
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to coordinate and schedule Pump Trucks & Crews
- Track and monitor Pour dates and times to ensure on-time delivery
- Utilize transportation management systems to input and update shipment information
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with Customers - Booking Orders for Pumps and Crews
- Maintain accurate records of all communication and transactions
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette when interacting with customers and drivers
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in transportation fleet management preferred
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
This position requires a dedicated individual who can effectively communicate with and work in a fast paced construction environment, dealing with Drivers, Crew Foreman, Customers via phone. Multitasking is a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $27.00-$30.47 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
