Responsibilities:

-Receiving emergency and non-emergency calls

-Use of two way radio system, and a multi-line phone system.

-Handle high volumes of communication with internal and external stakeholders via phone and email.

-Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities, and other information.

- Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of resources, schedules, and client information.

- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) to create, maintain, and update essential documents, and spreadsheets.

- Coordinate and manage daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services.

- Analyze data and create reports using Microsoft Excel to support decision-making and continuous improvement in the dispatch process.

-Addressing problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions

- Collaborate with team members to optimize routes, schedules, and resource allocation.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.

- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat

- Ability to work in a team environment

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Familiarity with industry best practices and regulations.

- A commitment to providing excellent customer service and always maintaining a professional demeanor.

-Must be fluent in English
