Dispatcher/Customer Service

We are currently looking for a Service Coordinator for Albian Sands Site, to maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules and dispatch the technicians as service calls are completed. This position is on a rotation of 7 on and 7 off working from 6am to 6pm.

Responsibilities:

• Dispatch Field Service Technicians to equipment breakdowns in the field when called.
• Deal with high volume of calls roughly 500 per month
• Line up all the service calls for repairs on all the equipment.
• Generate and manage purchase orders.
• Determine if breakdown is an emergency through SOP ‘Creating a Service Call’
• Prioritize service calls
• Organize equipment based on customer and branch needs
• Assist the front counter.
• Provide estimated arrival time of a Field Technician to the repair.
• Contact service call originator by phone to identify the action taken by the Field Technician after a service call has been completed.
• Open work orders in Rental man system on behalf of Field Technician
• Close field work orders after approval of Managers.
• Call for third party repairs or servicing as required.

Requirements:

· Clear and concise communications with managers, employees and customers

· Advanced customer service skills

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

· High organizational skills

· Geographical knowledge of service area or map reading skills

· Knowledge of industry is recommended

· Ability to be calm and cool under pressure

· Advanced Computer skills

Conditions of employment:

· Ability to work on Albian Sands Site 7 days on 7 days off from 6am to 6pm.

· Two years related experience and/or training in high volume customer service.

· Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Compensation Data:

· Base Salary is $65,000-$70,000/year

· Heap is $1,050/month
