CF Construction Services Ltd. is a residential concrete flatwork service provider. The company provides prep and finish of basement floors, garage floors, driveways, sidewalks and patios to residential homebuilders within the Greater Calgary Area.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Our team is looking for a Dispatcher to coordinate the gravel, preparation and finishing work of concrete flatwork. We will also look for you to assist our sister Rental Company in dispatching resources in the winter.

With safety in mind, you will coordinate and dispatch the daily schedules to ensure our work is finished on time as planned. You will also assist and provide back up to our Gravel and Preparation Coordinator as required.

Working as part of a larger team, your work will include communicating with Subcontractors, Project Manager and Suppliers; approving and closing purchase orders; quality control administration; entering information into MS Access & Maestro and working closely with our Finishing Coordinator and our Operations & Warranty Manager.

You must be a self-starter capable of thinking on your feet to adjust schedules and make things happen.

Our compensation package includes a competitive salary, health benefits after 3 months and a voluntary RRSP matching program after 1 year.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· High School Diploma or higher.

· Previous experience in the concrete and/or construction industries is an asset.

· Must be able to communicate effectively by phone, text and email.

· Solid understanding and experience using the MS Suite of products.
