In the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Division, we change people's lives by creating the ‘beauty of health’ with our iconic brands (La Roche- Posay, Vichy, CeraVe, Skin Ceuticals). With the most prescribed brands by dermatologists and other specialists, our division is maintaining a double-digit growth worldwide for the last 5 years which is fueled by +7.5k employees around the world.
Key responsibilities
- Build the joint business plan with the e-commerce Account(s) and contribute to the commercial vision by sharing the account perspective, risks, and opportunities.
- Build, accurately forecasts and achieve the e-commerce Account(s) results: turnover, market share and profit. Make business recommendations based on data analysis, business environment, and other variables that influence the performance.
- Prepare, lead, and negotiate annual agreements with e-commerce partners. Adapts strategy to fit with the nuances of local e-commerce markets and leverages best practices across geographies.
- Build and implement a go-to-market strategy with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, digital, sales…) to implement the Division and channel strategy. Ensure its execution and tracking down KPIs and goals to achieve for the e-commerce partner.
- Drives relationships with e-commerce partners to ensure synergies between the brand’s own digital activities and those of the e-commerce partners. Have a holistic approach that integrates UX, media strategy, retail activation, promotional calendar, innovation, etc.
- Act as the expert on your Account(s) to feed an e-retailer-centric account planning process.
- Build an e-retailer-specific development plan, and a compelling story to get e-commerce partners buying in. Build a deep customer intelligence and strong network with key stakeholders at the retailer. Ensure the consistency of L’Oréal voices in communication with the Account.
Professional &Technical Competencies
- You have 3-4 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on client collaboration.
- Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Are strong in mobilizing cross-functional teams.
- Have a strategic approach to short- and long-term actions and planning.
- Are comfortable in a dynamic multi-dimensional environment.
- Have good Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- You are a problem solver with a win-win mindset.
- Are fluent in French and English.
