As a member of the project team and expert in your field, you will partner closely with a broader team of subject matter experts across different service lines to support the successful implementation of the project. This term position is located in Regina. The term will run until May 2025.
The Enterprise Business Modernization Project team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to join us in the role of Executive Coordinator.
As the Executive Coordinator, you will provide senior-level administrative leadership and office management support to the Project Management Office (PMO) by: managing the PMO calendars through collaboration, prioritization and scheduling; managing the EBMP mailbox for communication and routing to appropriate areas; managing the project distribution lists; managing the project SharePoint sites;
assembling all briefing and background materials for the Program Management Office in preparation for meetings; routing all approvals to the Executive Project Sponsor and SaskBuilds and Procurement as required; attend SaskBuilds Executive Admin Meetings; and liaison between Deputy Minister Offices and Deputy Minister to the Premiers Office.
