Electronics Technician

Inspect products to determine the requirements for repair install, maintain and repair electronic equipment Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies. Repair or replace defective or worn parts and components. Diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults. Test and adjust repaired products for proper functioning. Adjust, align, replace or repair electronic equipment and assemblies. Calibrate products using hand tools. Complete work orders, test and maintenance reports. Supervisor other electronic equipment service technicians. Read blueprints and drawings.

Credentials: A+ Certification

Experience and Specialization: Computer and Peripherals, Computer-aided design (CAD)

Equipment and Machinery Experience: Soldering Equipment

Area of Specialization: Electronic

Computer knowledge: MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS Word, Wireless networks

Criminal Background check required.

Transportation: Own transportation

Working Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Manual Dexterity, Attention to detail, Hand-eye co-ordination, Fast-paced environment, Physically demanding, Bending, crouching, kneeling, tight deadlines and work under pressure.

Weight Handling: up to 23 kg (50lbs)

Own tools/Equipment: Steel-Toed Safety Boots
