JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Services Manager to coordinate the resources, equipment, and training to ensure all related processes run smoothly. The Emergency Services Manager leads a team of Water technicians and monitors emergency claims for successful delivery while ensuring safety and industry standards are met.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversees emergency projects to ensure quality projects and excellent service delivery.
- Liaise with project managers and other departments in the production division to support accurate job flow information.
- Manages and supervises the Emergency department.
- Ensures all emergency forms, including follow-up and closeout paperwork, are accurately completed, and processed.
- Ensures equipment are properly monitored, stored, and managed.
- Ensure emergency claims and work requests are effectively addressed in a timely manner and jobs are effectively staffed.
- Dispatch and logistics, Job management software, claims process updates.
- Responsible for ensuring performance evaluations, training, disciplinary action, and maintaining Health and Safety protocols for the Emergency department.
- On call coverage management
- Ensuring shop equipment, vehicles and supplies are well maintained, working and available.
- Approval of daily timecards, administration, invoicing, purchasing.
- Quality control- site visits as required.
- Participate in Health & Safety meetings.
QUALIFICATION
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the Restoration Services industry.
- IICRC Restoration Industry Certifications in WRT, ASD, AMRT, FSRT, HST.
- Preference given to applicants with Masters IICRC Certification
- Ability to lead and motivate others - excellent delegation, communication skills, and the ability to make sound decisions at all times.
- Excellent attention to detail with emphasis placed on quality and exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Xactimate software and ability to write estimates is an asset.
- Familiarity with mitigation and file management software, including Encircle, Restore 365
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record

Salary: $70,000.00 per year
