Emergency Manager - Construction

Position: Emergency Manager

Location: Simcoe County

Job Responsibilities:

·Managing members of production in completing emergency and reconstruction work

·Assisting emergency team, emergency tear outs as per insurance carrier guidelines, mitigating damages, extracting under water, cutting drywall

·Perform moisture readings, document readings, take pictures and document damages, placing equipment, assisting with the handling and packing of all contents.

·Ensuring effective use of labor, machinery, and materials by team

·Management of on-call schedule

·Will report on job progress, safety, costs and workers

·Follows scope of work by monitoring quality of work, tear outs, constructions, installations and clean ups

·Coordinate between customer, sub-trades, estimating teams and consultants

Schedule: 8-hour shift Monday to Friday. Must be able to participate in on-call rotation.
