Position:Sales Representative
Location: Orillia, ON

Job Description:
As a Sales Representative at Byers Equipment Motorsports, you will play a vital role in assisting customers with their lawn equipment, outdoor power equipment, compact tractors, powersports vehicles, and trailer needs. Operational knowledge of these types of vehicles is a requirement for this role, as well as strong typing and computer skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales activities and generate new leads to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Utilize effective sales techniques to promote products and services
• Collaborate with sales team members to develop strategies for achieving sales goals
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities

Requirements:

• Prior sales experience in retail or similar customer-facing role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Knowledge of sales management principles and practices is an advantage
• Sales support experience is preferred
