What is the Opportunity?
You will provide support to a team that helps our DS Investment Advisors, PH&N Investment Counsellors, and our clients with support for servicing of in-force policies and new business processes. Your role on the team is to assist with servicing & maintaining our existing clients along with promote business growth for a two successful Estate Planning Specialist.
What will you do?
Support Inforce servicing and respond to requests including, Inforce illustrations, cash surrender values, premium payment confirmation, all general/policy inquiries from Investment advisors & clients
Review all documentation and correspondence filing procedures and ensure an organized system is in place
Ensure client inquiries and any problems are responded to in a timely manner and that all activity is recorded in a contact management system.
Identify and put forward ideas to EPS to generate incremental business
Plan and manage day to day Inforce activities in EPS’ absence
Preparation of materials (Inforce life company documents) and accompanying documents for EPS and clients.
Provide back up support on New Business application process to the EPS team
Must Have
Minimum 2 years' experience working in an Insurance Agency or equivalent role within the industry
Knowledge of Life and Living Benefits insurance products
Excellent client service skills
Experience with meeting tight deadlines & set priorities; ability to work independently
Strong Microsoft office and Excel skills
Life Insurance Licensed, LLQP
Nice-to-have
Post-secondary degree considered an asset
Experience servicing high net worth clients
