Hydro One is currently seeking an EVP, Chief Financial and Regulatory Officer (CFRO) tasked with safeguarding and enhancing the company's financial well-being and assets while ensuring regulatory compliance. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the CFRO oversees corporate finance and regulatory practices, including treasury, tax, internal audit, investor relations, growth, pensions, risk management, and shared services such as supply chain, procurement, fleet management, and mergers and acquisitions. This pivotal role involves collaborating with the Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Directors to optimize capital allocation, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage financial risks to position Hydro One as a leading utility in North America. With a focus on energy transition and adapting to the evolving energy landscape, the CFRO will develop and execute business-aligned financial strategies supporting sustainable growth and resilience.
