What we’re looking for

We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to work full-time with our President & COO in Ayr Ontario.

What you’ll do:

The Executive Assistant to the COO & President will be responsible for the following:

· Calendar Management

· Create and edit documents as necessary

· Coordinate meetings and infrequent travel

· Order supplies & inventory of all office items

· Reporting as requested by President & Sales Team

· Expense records management

o Mileage

o Receipt & expense submission.

· Events coordination of Ontario Office

· Adhoc errands and Tasks

· Support Simply Benefits Office Manager with adhoc tasks

What you need

The successful candidate will need the following:

· Strong Organizational skills

· Strong Communication skills

· A high level of attention to details

· Reliable

· Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (calendar & email management specifically)

Schedule:

● 8 hour shift

● Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm (can be changed based on posting)

● No weekends
