We are currently seeking a dynamic and creative leader, with an understanding and experience in property management, affordable rental housing, supportive housing and experience working with Indigenous communities to fill the position of Executive Director. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leading change and advancing Camponis mission, vision and values. The ideal candidate should have some experience in housing policy and development in the non-profit sector including: operations, strategic management and capacity building.
As the Executive Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading high-profile strategic change initiatives, fostering collaborative relationships, advocacy, developing and supporting programs that are aimed at promoting: tenant empowerment, Metis culture and that are responsive to the needs of the Indigenous community while increasing affordable and supportive housing.and modernizing Camponi to meet current and future demands. Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will be responsible for the overall human, financial, program management, and leadership of Camponi Housing Corporation and its affiliated companies.
