Executive Housekeeper/Home Cleaner

We are a young and dynamic company looking for a partner in building out a home maintenance/cleaning/housekeeping division in the Burlington, Oakville, Mississauga, and Milton area.

Applicants should be outgoing, ambitious, hard working, with strong attention to detail.

Experience in Management, Housekeeping and Cleaning is a plus.

Applicants should have a valid drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle.

Duties
- Oversee and manage all aspects of housekeeping operations
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures
- Ensure that all rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and identify areas for improvement
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and maintenance
- Maintain a safe working environment for staff, following all health and safety regulations

- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming

- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas of the home

- Empty and dispose of trash

Qualifications
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on exceeding client expectations
- Proficient in time management, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
