Facility Coordinator

Building Facility Coordinator – Reporting directly to the Secretary and Treasurer, and the Building Committee of the Acton Agricultural Society. The building Facility Coordinator is responsible for, but not limited to, the following activities:

• Maintaining professional relationships with various user groups
• Answer telephone and email inquires to the DRHCC email address
• Maintain building files and mail
• Attend meeting as required
• Groom turf as required
• Cover custodian duties during hours of scheduled shifts
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Outline when supplies are needed
• Maintain over cleanliness of building; sweep, mop as required
• Greet facility users
• Relay information to the Secretary and Treasurer when issues arise
• Follow checklists before and after each shift
• Be the main point of contact with users during each shift
• Use the DRHCC staff email throughout each shift to be informed of updates/changes, etc.

Salary: $16.55-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Night shift
• On call
