Responsibilities:
- Manage e-mail for all incoming tenant maintenance concerns
- Answer calls and messages pertaining to maintenance request or maintenance issues
- Create work orders
- Run weekly open work order reports to ensure the work orders are bring completed by contractors within a reasonable time line
- Assist Maintenance Manager with preventative maintenance scheduling
- Review completed SNAP inspections and create work orders for repairs required
- Communicate with tenants regarding tenant damage should it be identified in an inspection
- Keep tenants up-to-date on their maintenance completions
- Post notice to tenants for maintenance start dates
- Diffuse difficult situations with tenants or home owners regarding maintenance related items
- May be required to travel to properties or perform inspections
- Assist Maintenance Manager with closing of work orders or creating follow up work orders for a job that is still open
- Assist the Maintenance coordinator in any other areas that may be required surrounding maintenance and or project management
Experience:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word
- Problem solving skills
- 1-2 years of general maintenance experience
- Proficient spoken and written English
- Punctual, meticulous and reliable
- Courteous manners with the public
- multitasking and flexibility are required

Salary: From $21.00 per hour
