Family Law Lawyer Toronto Gta Work From Home

Smith Law is a boutique Family Law firm based in the GTA. Our team members enjoy working primarily from home. We are seeking a passionate and principle driven Family Lawyer to join our growing team. Requirements:

• Licensed to practice Law in Ontario
• 3-5 years experience practicing Family Law in Ontario
• 3+ years post-call experience continuous practicing law exclusively in Family Law in Ontario, within the past 3 years
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent drafting, advocacy (written and oral) and research skills
• Experience with and ability to work with Apple products and Google Workspace products (ie. Google docs, Gmail, Google Calendar)
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to independently carry files from start to finish
• Must reside in the Greater Toronto Area
• Ability to attend occasional in-person client meeting and required court attendance in Toronto/GTA

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
