Farm Equipment Operator

Mapleview Farms is a multi-generational, family-owned business utilizing leading edge agronomic practices and technologies to sustainably produce high quality products. Our portfolio of crops provides a diverse and balanced workload of tasks throughout the season and we are seeking Farm Equipment Operators to join our growing team.

Qualified candidates will be required to perform the following:

· Participation in field operations including tillage, planting, fertilizer and crop protection application, harvesting, baling, mowing, etc.

· Operating new John Deere machines equipped with modern computer systems

· Coordinating field work responsibilities with managers and other machine operators

· Light equipment maintenance and repairs including circle checks & lubrication

· Transporting inputs/supplies by truck pulling a trailer, wagon or other equipment

· Property and facility maintenance including ditch mowing & grass cutting

Key Requirements

· Valid driver’s licence (AZ Licence would be an asset)

· Previous farming experience and/or knowledge of crop farming concepts

· Experience operating Farm Equipment and precision ag equipment (GPS)

· Experience using loader tractors and/or forklifts

· Ability to complete basic mechanical tasks

· Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently at times

· Ability to work extended hours during busy periods
