The Role:
As a Field Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering, picking up, maintaining, and cleaning our client's medical equipment used on a rental basis by hospitals and nursing homes. You will interact directly with customers, providing instruction on equipment usage and ensuring the highest level of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Perform deliveries and pick-ups using a 3-ton or 5-ton truck.
- Prepare medical equipment and documentation for delivery.
- Load and unload medical equipment from the delivery vehicle.
- Provide customers with instruction on safe and proper equipment usage.
- Process delivery and pick-up documentation onsite with medical staff.
- Clean and process medical equipment to quality standards.
- Maintain a high level of customer etiquette in all interactions.
- Valid driver's license.
- Passion for helping and interacting with people.
- Positive demeanor and willingness to learn.
- Desire to establish a long-term career with one company.
