Job Overview:

As a Field Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to excellence. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong technical background who can work independently, manage their schedule, and handle significant responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent Dyna-Pro professionally, fostering excellent customer relationships.
• Execute and manage a weekly service route independently, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Install and de-install water systems with precision and efficiency.
• Conduct troubleshooting and repairs, utilizing comprehensive technical knowledge.
• Maintain, merchandise, and clean existing equipment and retail displays.
• Complete daily paperwork, including timesheets, inspection reports, and service reports.
• Perform site surveys and provide sales support to the Sales Department.
• Communicate regularly with key personnel at our head office.
• Collaborate with Service Dispatch to prioritize work and optimize efficiency.
• Care for and maintain a company-provided Service Van.
• Keep an inventory of service parts for timely repairs and replacements.

Job Requirements:

• Valid driver's license (driver's abstract may be requested).
• Ability to travel extensively each week, with hotel expenses covered.
• Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical work, or mechanical trades.
• Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Salary: $45,000.00-$84,000.00 per year
