Location: Hamilton-Hybrid- In office to start then move to Hybrid
Compensation: $70,000+
About our client:
Our client is in the business of creating affordable retirement housing communities for 30 plus years, and are continuing to grow.
This role will report into the Director of Finance and be responsible for the following, but not to be limited to:
- Analyze costs of goods.
- Create schedules to support account reconciliation.
- Assist with complex spreadsheets, month-end entries, and annual audit.
- Budget and forecasting.
- Perform bank account and other general ledger account reconciliations.
- Ad hoc reporting
- CPA designated or close to designation
- 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Comfortable with data, strong competency in driving analysis & building and maintaining financial models
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Ability to interpret financial results and communicate them to non-financial users
