```Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks, as well as HR duties and tracking business performance. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Manage and maintain office files, records, and documents
- Collect, organize, and track key performance indicators
- Complete applications for Government programs like the LMIA and Alberta Pro-Rate
- Manage AR, AP and invoicing
- Tracking and maintain inventories
- Manage employee hiring, onboarding and maintaining personnel records
- Establish and maintain a good social media business and website for the business.
- Supervise and coordinate alongside other managers, and report weekly on key business aspects.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience in vendor management and procurement processes
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures is a plus
- Strong knowledge of managing Social Media accounts
This position does allow a certain level of work from home, and we are willing to entertain your thoughts on that.

Since this will be the first position of it's kind at our business, this role will require you to be flexible to changing task and open minded to opportunities.
