We have an immediate opening for a Fixed Operations Manager. We are a small but rapidly growing dealership representing Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep and Ram. We are currently in the final design stage of a new building expecting to commence in the Summer of 2024.
The Fixed Operations Manager will be a key member of the Management team and will be a critical figure in the overall success of the dealership. The Fixed Operations Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the Parts and Service departments. The successful candidate will be well versed in all aspects of Fixed Operations, client relations, inventory management, employee and team management as well as organizational development. .
Essential Skills:
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to support a team in a Service and Parts department
- Ability to conduct trend analysis to analyze technicians for productivity, efficiency and shop capacity
- Strong knowledge of warranty guidelines and ability to relate them to the service team
- Team player with a focus on efficient, quality workmanship
- Ability to achieve deadlines in fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, quick learner and ability to adapt and assist in multiple tasks
- Strong commitment to CSI
- Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with customers, manufactures and third -party vendors
- Superior ability to answer technical questions regarding vehicle problems, warranties, services & repairs
- Experience managing a team through change & growth
- Fixed Operations Management Chrysler experience is an asset
Responsibilities:
- Seeks to prevent and resolve customer vehicle problems by emphasizing to customers the importance of consistent and regular vehicle maintenance
- Efficiently assist customers (internal and external) with the highest level of service
- Reviews and revises customer service orders, assists in diagnosing vehicle problems
- Takes a proactive interest in the development & training of the team
- Monitors workflow in the Service and Parts department to help minimize disruption
- Monitors sell-up and workflow
- Reviews the previous months sales / profits and makes recommendations for improvements
- Marketing the departments to drive profitability
- Creates a harmonious work environment promoting employee satisfaction
- Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction

Salary: $100,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
