- Prepare large quantities of food (i.e., chopping/grating).
- Cook food items according to instructions.
- Ensure all menu items are prepared as per “Picture Perfect” system.
- Receive/store/hold and serve food in compliance with the Ontario Health regulations and department specifications.
- Have other opportunities to learn and expand your knowledge.

- Previous experience working in a fast paced, high volume kitchen environment.
- Culinary knowledge in following metric and imperial recipes.
- Sound knowledge of a variety of kitchen equipment.
- Availability that includes working flexible shifts on weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
