Food And Beverage Server

Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Beverage Server to join our team. As a Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests by taking and delivering drink orders in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities:

- Take drink orders from customers and relay them to the bartender or kitchen staff
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to customer preferences
- Check identification of customers to verify legal drinking age
- Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of drinks to customers' tables
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Upsell additional items, such as appetizers or desserts, to enhance the guest experience
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using POS system
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Familiarity with bartending techniques is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Pay: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
