Food And Beverage Server

Southwood Golf & Country Club (www.southwood.ca) is currently seeking energetic, service oriented individuals to join our Food and Beverage team as Servers and On Course Staff.

A “service” mindset is a requirement to provide support to other staff members, as well as frequent interaction with club members.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Smart Choices Responsible Service Certification
* Ability to work in a fast pace environment
* High attention to detail
* Friendly personality and customer service driven

* Ability to create a positive Member experience through interaction and adherence to steps of service
* Ensure accuracy when entering information into the POS system
* Respond promptly and courteously to any requests or concerns
* Able to successfully solve problems through good decision making
* Monitor cleanliness before, during and after service
* Actively demonstrate teamwork, sincerity, helpfulness and courtesy

* Open Availability, weekends and holidays and reliable transportation required

Clubhouse Serving Staff:
* Provide table service in our dining rooms or during a banquet.
* Monitor food quality and presentation standards.
* Set up dining areas for various functions and special events.

On Course Staff:
* Drive on course beverage carts safely and courteously.
* Provide beverage and snack sales for golfers and their guests.
* Record member charges accurately.

Salary: $15.30-$17.26 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
